  • Standard Shipping: 7-20 business days - $15.00
  • Expedited Shipping: 5-15 business days - $25.00

International Shipping:

  • UK/Europe: 7-21 business days - Starting at $20
  • Australia/New Zealand: 7-21 business days - Starting at $18
  • Asia: 5-10 business days - Starting at $22
  • Other Countries: 14-28 business days - Contact for quote

Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Ships within 1-2 business days
  • High Volume Periods: May take 3-5 business days

Order Tracking

  • You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships
  • Track your package through the carrier's website
  • Contact us at info@pawsue.com if tracking hasn't updated in 3 days

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to:

  • All 50 US states
  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses
  • Most international destinations

We do NOT ship to:

  • Freight forwarders (high fraud risk)
  • Countries under international trade restrictions

International Orders

Important Information:

  • Prices are in USD and do not include customs/duties
  • You are responsible for any import taxes or customs fees
  • Delivery times do not include customs processing
  • Orders may be delayed by customs inspection

Customs Declarations:

  • All packages accurately declared
  • We cannot mark items as "gift" or lower value

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:

  • Packages marked "delivered" but not received: Contact carrier first
  • We can file claims after carrier's investigation period (typically 7-10 days)
  • We'll reship or refund once claim is approved

Damaged Packages:

  • Inspect packages upon delivery
  • Photograph any damage to box and contents
  • Contact us within 48 hours at info@pawsue.com
  • We'll arrange replacement or refund

Incorrect Addresses

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customer
  • If carrier returns the package, we'll reship once you provide correct address
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

  • Customers are responsible for refused shipments
  • Return shipping fees will be deducted from refund
  • Unclaimed packages returned to us will be refunded minus shipping costs

 

Weather Delays

We cannot control delays due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier issues beyond our control
